Abiogenesis Press has announced the upcoming publication of Alan Moore: Portrait of an Extraordinary Gentleman this May – a 272-page trade paperback with over 100 comics creators paying tribute with both art and word as Moore celebrates his 50th birthday.
The contributors to the volume read like a who’s who of the comics industry, new and old, and include specially created comic strips, illustrations, essays, anecdotes, stories, poetry and personal recollections from: Michael Moorcock, Iain Sinclair, Darren Shan, Brad Meltzer, JohnCoulthart, Neil Gaiman, Dave Gibbons, Bryan Talbot, David Lloyd, J H Williams III, Kevin O'Neill, Will Eisner, Howard Cruse, James Kochalka , Adam Hughes, Peter Kuper, Jose Villarubia, Jimmy Palmiotti, Rick Veitch, Michael T.
